Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Where do I type my personalization request?
Please use the text field to the right side of the product listing. Provide details about your personalization. Please double check the spelling of the names as this may not be changed after the order is placed. Then add the item to your cart. During the check out process, you will be able to review all of your personalization.
When will my ornament ship?
Orders are personalized same day your order is placed. It typically takes 3-10 business days for shipping depending on where the order is going and time of year so please plan in advance! Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
During Christmas time, it may take up to 10 days for your package to arrive unless Priority Mail is selected.
If you need your order rushed, please add the "Rush Processing" to your cart to move your order to the front of the line.
Can I change the shipping address if I already placed an order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet we may change. Please message us immediately. If it has already shipped, we may not retract the order and a new one will have to be placed.
My ornament is broken or misspelled. What should I do?
This rarely happens but in the event that it does, we will gladly replace your order and ship it out same day or next day. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will suggest other ornaments as a replacement or issue a full refund.
My order has not arrived yet. Why is it taking so long?
Destination, time of year, and weather are things that may affect shipping times so please order in advance, especially for the holidays! Many of our customers order as early as October/November to guarantee their gifts arrive on time! Once your order(s) leave our facility, we have no control over shipping. Please use your tracking # provided to check on the status of your order at www.usps.com. If you believe your package is lost, please submit a lost package claim directly on the website.
Can you change the skin color, hair color, or shirt color of the ornaments?
We do our best to carry a variety of ornaments for all customers. Colors may not be changed at this time. Our ornaments have a gloss finish to them so it is not possible to repaint.
I forgot to add a message to my order. Is it possible to add or change the message on the ornament?
Due to our same day processing, we are unable to make personalization changes after your order is placed. Please double check your personalization request before submitting your order thank you!
I placed 2 orders. Can you combine them?
Once the orders are placed, we are not able to combine them. Each order will have a separate shipping box and label but rest assured, they will both arrive!
